Meineke saved my butt. A stud on one of my tires broke off and I was afraid to drive the 40 minutes to work. They fit me in between their other jobs, fixed the problem beautifully, and charged a fair price. 5 other places turned me away before coming here, and they were very kind and said they would do the best they could for me. And they did!

I have been really impressed with Meineke services I have experienced. They do top quality maintenance and repairs at a great price. They also let me know the estimate for repairs before any work has started. I believe I will continue to use them for all my maintenance and repairs.

Terry and his incompetent crew took advantage of me and led me to believe they were helping when I went to store number 2505 on or about 3/17 or 3/18/2026. They charged me $320 for “ac maintenance”, fully aware that there was a leak and I would have to return. Terry told me that the Freon in my vehicle was all gone, knowing it doesn’t just dissipate, as he is the professional in this situation. I asked him about a possible leak and he told me they didn’t locate one and my car did not indicate one when they scanned it digitally. He failed to provide me with the typical “digital diagnostic paperwork” normally given. When I returned, approximately 3 weeks later, Terry quoted me $1200 to fix the “leak” that they didn’t discover during my initial visit 3 weeks prior, stating that “it passed the test and no leaks were discovered”. I decided to get a second opinion. I noticed when I left their location that day my AC was blowing hot air and making a loud noise, which was not occurring when I took it in that morning. I was able to purchase the part needed directly from Volvo for $250, the same part Terry quoted me $633 for. I then took my vehicle to another, more reputable mechanic, who o

I wish I can give them a zero star but they don't have that option my mom went in there to get her car fixed cost her $3,000 when I saw the bill they double priced everything and when I took the car to get checked out cuz the check engine light was so I took it to a different mechanic and the different mechanic told me that meineke didn't do everything she was charged and she was double charged for the same part. So I went in to speak to someone and he wouldn't even look at the car he was already upset that we were questioning the prices and I asked to see how much they paid for the parts to make sure they're not over he said he doesn't have to. Which I don't know if that's true. He just kept yelling at us saying he gets his parts for a manufacturer and he pays lots of money to them so he gets good parts not shity parts like AutoZone he also said the other mechanic or stupid even though we had pictures he wouldn't even look and then he started to cuss at us and told us that we better not come back and the warranty for what they have done is now unemployed and he will not honor a warranty. Awful experience. I hope their auto work is better than their customer service. They were great on the phone, but in person they wouldn’t even get off their personal phones to look up at me. Car didn’t start when I picked it up and they treated me like I was being ridiculous when I asked them to see what’s going on. Once they finally got my car working, the engine light and oil light were on. The guy snatched my keys out of my hand and took it back into the garage without saying a single word. There was never even a casual “sorry about that” from any of the three employees present. I’ve never been treated like I was invisible before in my life and I never want to be again… so I will not be returning.
